Baking With Bearcats: Holiday Pies

Looking for a special homemade treat to impress your guests at an upcoming holiday gathering? We've got you covered like a lattice top pie crust! Join Seattle alumni for a half-day baking class where you'll learn the sweet secrets behind baking this holiday favorite. Whether your baking skills are fresh out of the oven or if you're a seasoned pro, you're guaranteed to learn something new from this class.  

Your teacher will be Thanh Tang, a truly upper-crust professional pastry chef with layers of experience in the Seattle restaurant scene. Plus, you'll be able to take home two delicious pies filled with perfect fall flavors: a bourbon pumpkin pie and an apple rosehip pie.
